Domestic (USA) Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping on U.S. orders.
Discounted shipping applies only to Domestic orders placed in the Continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii and Alaska as well as all International orders).
Special discount & sale items may have a different shipping price.
Weekends and Holidays
Organic Genes does not ship during the weekends. Orders received after 3pm on Monday-Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will not be shipped until the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Organic Genes will be closed for all Federal Holidays, including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. All orders received after 3:00 PM on the previous business day will not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping Guidelines
After an order is placed with OrganicGenes.com, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within 48 hours after being received by our fulfillment center.
Although we try to ensure that we maintain sufficient stock of the items featured on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products before the website inventory is updated. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you if and when the item(s) are available to ship. Any changes to your order will be sent to you via e-mail.
We send all orders with delivery confirmation, you agree to be bound by the delivery confirmation procedures, if the shipping courier [ UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc] notes that an order has been delivered it is then deemed accepted by you, additionally you assume all risk once your order has left our facilities.
International Shipping Costs and Methods
International orders are typically delivered between 5-7 business days, depending on available international shipping options for selected destination country.
Please note: International customers are responsible for customs and import duties.
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fee, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Organic Genes cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check the customs house of your respective country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Organic Genes at our expense. We will then deduct the charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Our return policy is as follows:
- Only NON-SALE merchandise may be returned, any item sold at a 30% discount or more is considered a SALE item
- Items being returned must NOT be WORN, WASHED, or ALTERED.
- Items being returned must have all original tags attached.
- Items must have NO DEFECTS (including NO animal hair, lint, runs, etc)
- SALE items may not be returned.
To make a return, you must first request an RMA from us via email, no returns will be accepted without an RMA, if the return is approved we will send you an RMA via email. Send your request via e-mail to support@organicgenes.com . Please include the following information with your return request:

Order Number
Style Name and Size that is being returned
Reason for Your Return (please be as specific as possible)
Please be sure to include all of the information above with your return request. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all of your information.

Organic Genes will refund the full purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling charges once the item has been received at Organic Genes fulfillment center. Please allow 4 weeks for returns to be processed.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
